2013 Leadership Conference recap

Leadership Conference LA,CA was a blast! This was Russ’s first Leadership so we added a few days for sightseeing. We ate at an exclusive restaurant (had to be invited), went to Universal Studios, visited the back lot where movies are made, we saw the Hollywood sign, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills. We ate at some fun diners and restaurants Whew! What fun we had at Malibu Beach at sunset!!

Once we finished playing we began the Conference. The conference was amazing. Ryan Rogers spoke twice along with our CEO and president. Wow, Barbara Sunden just retired with Mary Kay with 32 offspring NSDs and her highest check in one month has been over $150,000.00 take home and will enjoy 15 years of retirement pay from Mary Kay of about $600,000.00 per year. What an amazing woman. The NSD’s role-played several scenarios for us and it was plain to see that we all go through the same process to move up the career path in Mary Kay. The secret to success as Mary Kay would say, “ Get Started. Never Quit!”

Our goal for Leadership 2014 is 10 directors. We can do it! Plan to be with us in New Orleans next year!
