The new RAY (Russ Appreciates You) Award
This new award is presented by Dedra’s husband Russ,to the unit member who makes an impact in less unit specific ways, helping out when she can “behind the scenes” of DDHU. Jennifer James is his inaugural recipient for all the great help she’s provided the last year to Russ and Dedra!

DDHU had our best year ever! I’m SO proud of EVERYONE! It really takes all of us doing our part to be all we can be in Mary Kay! We have set big goals for 2014-2015. We will double our unit club+ to $650,000. To do this we have set short term goals; 24 Red Jackets by August 31 & 200 unit members by December 31. We can do it!
