Mary Kay Wisdom for July

Because we recognize the need for people to be praised, we make a concentrated effort to give as much recognition as possible. Of course, not everyone can make a speech at our Seminars, but we do attempt to have many people appear on stage, if only for few moments. How important are these brief stage appearances? Frankly, I think it means more for a woman to be recognized by her peers on stage than to receive an expensive present in the mail that nobody knows about! And once she gets a taste of this recognition, she wants to come back next year for more!
